Our housekeeping cottages are fully equiped with stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, cooking utensils, dishes (linens not supplied). All are heated and have private bathrooms with showers, and our water is safe to drink.
Please bring your own sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper, garbage bags and personal toiletries.
Located on Doe Lake in the Almaguin Highlands just North of Muskoka with 3 acres of waterfront property plus 12 acres of woodland walking trails.
We offer cozy clean newly renovated 2, 3 and 4 bedroom cottages, a large 4 bedroom house with dishwasher, and a 3 bedroom deluxe house with fireplace, washer/dryer, dishwasher, jacuzzi bath and 2 washrooms. In addition we now have a 4 bedroom executive waterfront chalet (2,400 sq ft).
As of May 31, 2006 in compliance with the Provincial law to make all public places smoke free, smoking will not be permitted inside our cottages.
All Cottages come with a propane BBQ and Satellite TV.

Our Policies, Terms & Conditions
* Your authorization to use your credit card for deposit indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions. Verbal authorization of the use of your credit card confirms your reservation.
* 25% deposit is required on cottage rentals, balance is due on arrival.
* Cancellation Policy: Written notice of cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to arrival date, 59 to 21 days loss of deposit only. Less than 21 days notice will result in loss of the full deposit and the balance of the full booking will be applied to your credit card. With 60 day prior cancellation notice, your deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 administration charge, if we can re-book your cottage.
* Pet Policy: DOGS ONLY (no more than 1 dog), must be non aggressive and quiet, must be leashed when outside, NO exceptions, owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog.
- We reserve the right to refuse certain breeds of dogs - no pit bulls
* We are a family oriented cottage resort, all cottagers must adhere to curfew noise times.
* Guest numbers per cottage include children.
