Dayspring Cottages is located in the Almaguin Highlands just north of Huntsville, Muskoka. We offer a relaxing retreat for the entire family; fishing summer spring and fall, sandy beach, cross country skiing and well groomed snowmobile trails.

Doe Lake is the largest lake in the Almaguin Highlands and is part of the Magnetawan river system, it consists of three bodies of water - Little Doe - Middle Doe and Big Doe. There is generally good fishing for walleye, bass, northern pike, perch, and whitefish. There are many trophies for the skilled and lucky angler. The lake is of medium depth with predominately sandy bottom with several islands and lots of interesting structures. The Magnetawan river exits the lake and can be navigated both by boat and canoe and is only minutes from our docks.

Arrowhead Provincial Park is a short 20 minutes drive, and Algonquin Provincial Park is only 45 minutes away.
